National Association of Professional Child Photographers Honors Recipients in Annual Competitions
Winners of 2015 International Image Competition and 2014 Photographer of the Year Unveiled
ATLANTA, April 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association of Professional Child Photographers announces the winners of the 2015 NAPCP International Image Competition. Honored for exquisite composition and creative perspective, submissions are judged in the categories of Maternity, Newborn, Baby, Toddler, Children, Siblings, Senior and Family. Each photographer is scored on impact, technical merit, composition and creativity by a panel of field experts.
The organization has also recognized Jennifer Kapala as the 2014 Photographer of the Year. This honor was determined by total number of points scored from the 2014 and 2015 Image Competitions, as well as other predetermined criteria. Dedicating her time and talent to serve Tiny Light Foundation, a nonprofit that provides professional photography for families affected by life-altering diagnoses, Kapala uses her lens to make a difference in the lives of others.
NAPCP holds these competitions to showcase the creative and technical excellence of child photographers around the world, reward talent and serve as a vehicle for education to better the industry.
The NAPCP International Image Competition winners show photography's transformation into an international language. Each recipient is fluent in the craft and exemplifies what it means to be a professional photographer. Winners capture priority listing in the NAPCP Member Directory, a medallion, vendor endorsements, NAPCP member points and professional recognition.
