The three additions expands an already nationwide commercial property management portfolio of Class-A real estate, including medical office properties, eight of which are Fresenius Medical Care facilities in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Wisconsin.
The three newly built properties are located in Farmville, Virginia, Albany, Georgia and Sharpsburg, Georgia. The properties comprise a combined total of 24,971 square feet and each is located in close proximity to a regional medical center.
