Selected as the property management company and asset manager at properties located in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Massachusetts; NAS now manages over 70 properties nationwide.
San Angelo, TX -- NAS has assumed property management responsibilities at Sherwood Village, a neighborhood retail shopping center, located near the intersection of Sherwood Way (US HWY 67 Business) and Sunset Drive in San Angelo, TX.
NAS assumes responsibility of the center, on behalf of tenant-in-common co-owners, after serving in a consultant capacity during the recent refinancing of the property investors' 10-year CMBS loan.
Sherwood Village is a 15,407 square-foot center situated on 1.69 acres and features a mix of national, regional and local retail destination stores and restaurants: Dickey's Barbeque Pit, Pro Cuts, FedEx Office, Eyemart and Verizon Wireless.

The single-tenant medical office properties, occupied by Fresenius Medical Care, one of the World's largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney failure, are located in:
North Houston, TX -- 8,403 square-foot property located just south of the 250-acre Gene Green Beltway 8 Park near the Sam Houston Parkway.
Crockett, TX -- 8,318 square-foot clinic serves Houston County residents and is located on Route 34 near the intersection of State Hwy 304 and US Hwy 287.
Cleveland, OH—9,800 square-foot medical facility is located on Cleveland's Westside on U.S. Hwy 42, near Grace Hospital Medical Center.
Scranton, PA—7,104 square-foot medical office is located two miles west of the Regional Hospital of Scranton.
Springfield, MA—10,165 square-foot clinic is located less than one mile northeast of Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts.
