Nathan Associates Acquires Gnarus Advisors LLC

The acquisition adds Gnarus' deep expertise in environmental advisory and litigation, insurance coverage & claims analysis, and product liability & mass torts to Nathan's existing portfolio of experts in antitrust, intellectual property and employment. The acquisition diversifies Nathan's litigation services and builds on its successes in economic analysis, business consulting, advanced analytics, and international development.

The combined litigation practice, helmed by Gnarus' Founder and Managing Director Stephen Sellick, will maintain a nimble and customized approach that provides for optimal client engagement. Sellick has also joined Nathan's Board of Directors.
