NASA Selects Information Sciences And Library Services Contractor

GREENBELT, Md., July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- NASA has selected Cadence Group Associates, Inc., Atlanta, Ga., for award of the Information Sciences and Library Services contract. The work will be performed at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md.

This is an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The period of performance will be five years from the effective date of the contract and is expected to be Aug. 15, 2013. The maximum ordering value of this contract is $16.3 million. This competitive procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses.

The contractor will provide information sciences and library services for the Homer E. Newell Library at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. The services will include information sciences services and traditional library services in six technical areas via issued task orders. The areas are research support, procurement of electronic resources, data transfer, information dissemination, library management, and education and public outreach.
