"Mobile Remote Deposit provides NASA Federal Credit Union members across the U.S. with the convenience to deposit checks anytime, anywhere, on the go, without stepping into a branch office," said Karen Friel, Vice President of Operations. "Mobile Remote Deposit and our other online services essentially brings the credit union to our members, no matter where they are, saving them time and money."
An online demo at: http://www.nasafcu.com/MobileRD shows how Mobile Remote Deposit works. It's as easy as taking a photo. The member takes a photo of the front and back of a check and the mobile remote deposit app does the rest. A safe and secure real-time deposit is made into the member's NASA Federal account.
Mobile Remote Deposit for smartphone devices expands NASA Federal's innovative mobile banking solution that also includes, MobileApp, MobileWeb and MobileText services, allowing members several ways to manage their finances on the go with a mobile device.
"With the addition of the mobile remote deposit app, NASA Federal customers now have a full suite of technology-based services to manage their finances on the go," said Friel. NASA Federal members include individuals affiliated with NASA, related associations or professionals working in science, technology, or engineering fields.
