WASHINGTON, Nov. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- NASA has selected ZIN Technologies Inc. of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, to support space flight systems development and operations at the agency's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.

This cost-plus-fixed-fee contract includes a base period and three option periods, as well as an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity component. The contract will begin in January. If all options are exercised, the performance period will be seven years, nine months. The total potential contract value, if all options are exercised, is $151 million.
ZIN will support the definition, design, development, analysis, fabrication, assembly, test, verification, delivery, and operation of spaceflight systems on the International Space Station.
Subcontractors working with ZIN include Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies Inc. of Greenbelt, Md.; Wyle Laboratories Inc. of Houston; and Analytical Mechanics Associates Inc. of Hampton, Va.
