Nano Dimension Closes Financing Round With Additional Investments Totaling $2.2M
NESS ZIONA, Israel, Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Nano Dimension, a leading printing electronics company in the area of 3D printing (TASE: NNDM, OTCQX: NNDMY), announced today that the company has signed additional investment agreements totaling $2.2M. The financing round closed with a total capital raise of $13.1M.
The financing round featured participation by existing private investors, as well as commitments from investors new to the company. Among the new investors are Morris Kahn & family, who also invested in Amdocs in its early stage, and Zeev Bregman, the former CEO of Nice Systems and Comverse.
