NakedWines.com Announces Appointment of Antonio Trevino to U.S. Wine & Technical Director

NAPA, Calif., June 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NakedWines.com, the customer-funded wine business, announced today the appointment of Antonio Trevino to U.S. Wine & Technical Director. Formerly the Chief Production Officer & Director of Winemaking at Purple Wine & Spirits, he managed the U.S. wine portfolio and guided global strategy. He brings more than 20 years of winemaking and production experience in California and abroad.

Antonio will report to Matt Parish, Chief Winemaker and Officer for Naked Wines International. "This is a significant appointment for the company, and we welcome Antonio's skill and expertise which will further drive our growth, most importantly ensure our customers have an amazing experience," said Parish.  "Antonio is a well-respected wine professional and his willingness to join the team showcases the appeal of our business model and our future potential."

In his role, Antonio will manage all winemaking and production in North & South America, further developing the exceptional customer-led and winemaker-driven portfolio. He will also be tasked with bringing onboard top winemaking talent to support growth.  Previously a key member of the Purple Wine & Spirits leadership team, he oversaw the launch of many of the most successful wine brands in the U.S. over the last 10 years including Blackstone and Mark West.
