NAI Daus Elects Alec Pacella as New Managing Partner and Promotes Two Other Brokers to Partner
Firm Positions for Continued Growth
CLEVELAND, Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NAI Daus announced today that it has elected Alec Pacella as the firm's new managing partner, effective immediately. Two other brokers from within the ranks of the firm have been promoted to partner and include Scott Garson and William Sadataki. The actions were unanimous among the firm's partners.

Alec Pacella brings 24 years of experience in real estate investment strategies to NAI Daus. Mr. Pacella's main objective as Managing Partner of NAI Daus is to continue to attract and maintain a growing base of clients with the best and brightest result-orientated brokers. He is a three-time winner of NAIOP's Investment Deal of the Year, winning the award in 2004, 2005 and 2006. He completed the largest individual investment transactions in Cleveland five times since 2000. He was named to Crain's 'Forty Under 40' in 2005 and was appointed as an associate instructor for the CCIM institute. Mr. Pacella earned his B.A. in Geography from Youngstown State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
Scott Garson leverages his 24 years of commercial property experience to successfully represent tenants and landlords in leasing and sales in a wide range of product types including office, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, and land. Mr. Garson focuses on Cleveland's MidTown neighborhood and specializes in properties located in urban areas. He is familiar with a variety of public financing programs designed to assist in the redevelopment of older properties, including pure industrial properties as well as historic rehabilitation and conversion opportunities. Mr. Garson provides property assembly services as well as consulting and other fee for service work to clients. During his tenure with NAI Daus, he has completed over 164 transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet while representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. He earned his B.A. from Kenyon College and his CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
William (Bill) Sadataki has been actively involved in industrial real estate for 25 years. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of significant industrial properties. Representing owners of real estate, Mr. Sadataki has consistently procured the highest possible values and exceeded the client's expectations on assignments which include investment sales, sale/leasebacks, and user sales or leases. As an advisor to users and investors, he has consistently demonstrated the value of combining superior market information, detailed analysis and product knowledge with proven skills in negotiation and transaction structure to accomplish the goals of his clients. He earned his B.A. from Kenyon College.
