The awards recognize distinguished contributions to the improvement of performance, safety and cost-effectiveness of gas turbine power generation.

The CCJ Best Practice Awards is an industry-wide recognition program for owners and operators of electricity-generating facilities powered by combustion turbines. Since its inception, the program has shared over 800 ideas and solutions from more than 200 power plants.
Green Country Energy, Jenks, Oklahoma; MMPA Minnesota River, Elk River, Minnesota; and Tuxpan II & V, Veracruz, Mexico won the three 'Best of the Best' Awards.
