NACD Launches Online Video Series for Corporate Directors and Board Executives, Featuring PwC
New BoardVision Series to Cover Key Boardroom Issues
NEW YORK, Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) has launched a new online video series featuring PwC's US Center for Board Governance and other industry leaders, discussing the most pressing issues facing boards. The regular series will be available on the NACD website, covering high priority issues for boards, such as "say on pay," executive compensation, risk oversight and governance legislation.

Future episodes will include practical considerations based on the firsthand experiences of experts ranging from board directors to governance advisors. The videos will also integrate additional resources for viewers, providing links to reference materials available to NACD members.
