Mythics Awarded Contract with Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) to Implement Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Feb. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mythics, an award winning Oracle Platinum Partner in the Oracle Partner Network, Oracle GSA Schedule Holder (GS-35F-0153M) and IT solutions provider, today announced that it has been awarded a prime contract by the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO), with teaming partner Denovo to provide Oracle JD Edwards software and comprehensive architecture, implementation, consulting and operational support services.  The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation will transform HANO's business processes and will replace the agency's aging general ledger system, providing better financial controls and reporting.  

The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) provides safe, sanitary and decent housing for low-income families in the city of New Orleans.  HANO is the largest housing authority in the state of Louisiana.  Under the contract, the Mythics team will support the organization in areas including Oracle JD Edwards software procurement, strategic and organizational planning, software installation and integration, development, testing and a production launch of the system.
