SEATTLE, May 2, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Seattle Children's has appointed Myra Gregorian as senior vice president and chief people officer, effective July 24. Gregorian, who previously served as chief human resources officer at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) since 2015, will oversee Human Resources, Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Development, and Learning and Organizational Effectiveness.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a human resources leader in complex healthcare organizations, Gregorian has a proven record of success in directing all human resources and people strategies. She has effectively led team engagement, talent acquisition, labor relations, benefit design and administration, organizational effectiveness and leader development for several major medical centers throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

Myra holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and a Master of Arts in organizational leadership from Woodbury University, and she is SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certified.
