The Mark Malkoff Channel
Comedian, writer, filmmaker and former Colbert Report staffer, Mark Malkoff has a proven ability to deliver unique entertainment experiences for brands. He consistently captures massive media coverage and millions of video views. Now, Mark Malkoff is bringing his special blend of pop culture video performance art to My Damn Channel. Malkoff first gained worldwide media attention for his video visits to all 171 Starbucks franchises in Manhattan on a single day in the summer of 2007. Malkoff's next media-grabbing stunt happened when he moved into an IKEA in Paramus, New Jersey for a week while his NY apartment was being fumigated. Last summer, Malkoff lived on an AirTran jet for 30 days to conquer his fear of flying - breaking the Guinness World Record for most flights taken in a 30-day period with 135 flights. After that, he set out to prove New Yorkers weren't rude, just misunderstood...and busy, so he convinced 155 individuals to carry him 9.4 miles across Manhattan. Last October, Malkoff traveled cross-country for four weeks in a Ford Fusion Hybrid to see how many U.S. mayors he could get to present him their key to the city. The Mark Malkoff channel will premiere in August.
