MW Industries, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Hi-Performance Fastening Systems

CHICAGO, July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MW Industries, a leading provider of highly engineered springs, specialty fasteners, machined parts, and other precision components, announced today the acquisition of Hi-Performance Fastening Systems, a manufacturer of precision products for the appliance, automotive, communication, housing and other assorted markets.

Founded 1989 and headquartered in Bensenville, IL, Hi-Performance Fastening Systems products include cold headed fasteners, thread forming screws, and pre-assembled screw and washer combinations known as "SEMS."  Its expertise is in a wide range of fastener products utilizing new equipment and processes.
