Name of Product: Glass Jar Candles with Lids
Hazard: The glass lid can break when the jar is being opened, posing a laceration hazard.
Remedy: Refund
Consumers should immediately stop using the candles and call MVP to arrange for a full refund. If jars are unopened, consumers should not attempt to open them.
