Truffle V can be installed or migrated to a virtual machine within minutes without being tied to physical hardware. Similar to the other Truffle appliances Mushroom Networks offers, Truffle V leverages virtual leased lines (VLLs) and Broadband Bonding to enable branch office WAN aggregation. In addition, Truffle V is equipped with a stateful firewall, a bandwidth manager, and advanced features including session keep-alive with Internet failover, traffic monitoring, traffic shaping and Quality of Service —all in a single box or virtual machine that optimizes WAN connectivity for branch offices.

Designed for both enterprises, ISPs and data center operators, Truffle V is ideal for healthcare and other industries that are bound by strict compliance requirements.
