"Folks are gonna hear us in a whole new way...and we'd really love to do it again, just as soon as they repair the studio."
"The Muppets have been a wonderful part of so many of our listeners' lives over the years, an iconic brand and truly unique entertainers," said Jeremy Coleman, SiriusXM's Senior Vice President, Talk & Entertainment Programming, "It's a pleasure to launch 'Muppet Radio' to bring back those memories and get a fresh taste, as we found when the Muppets ran from studio to studio interacting with our hosts."

In Disney's "The Muppets," Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, his brother Gary (Jason Segel) and Gary's girlfriend Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze Muppet Studios and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets' former stomping grounds while on vacation in Los Angeles. To stage a telethon and raise the $10 million needed to save the studio, Walter, Mary and Gary help Kermit reunite the Muppets, who have all gone their separate ways: Fozzie now performs with a Reno casino tribute band called the Moopets, Miss Piggy is a plus-size fashion editor at Vogue Paris, Animal is in a Santa Barbara clinic for anger management, and Gonzo is a high-powered plumbing magnate. With a screenplay written by Jason Segel & Nicholas Stoller, the film is directed by James Bobin. Featuring signature celebrity cameos, Disney's "The Muppets" hits the big screen November 23, 2011. The film is rated PG by the MPAA. Walt Disney Records will release the soundtrack to Disney's "The Muppets" on November 21.
