The acquisition includes the entire Basham Rentals student-housing portfolio totaling 33 properties underpinned by 11.5 acres of land adjacent to Purdue University.

Founded in 1869, Purdue University is one of the largest universities in the nation with a current enrollment of nearly 51,000 students in West Lafayette, IN.
Muinzer began investing in student-housing in 2002 and is one of the largest owners in the Big Ten and SEC Conferences.
