MTS Announces Declaration of Quarterly Cash Dividend
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 11, 2012. This is MTS Systems Corporation's 122nd consecutive quarterly dividend.
