M&T Bank Corporation Announces Election of Robert T. Brady as Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors
BUFFALO, N.Y., June 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- M&T Bank Corporation (NYSE: MTB) ("M&T") has elected Robert T. Brady as non-executive vice chairman of its Board of Directors and appointed him "lead independent director."
Mr. Brady has enjoyed a long and successful business career. He served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Western New York-based Moog Inc., a global manufacturer of control systems and components for aircraft, spacecraft, automated machinery and medical equipment from 1996 until 2011. Mr. Brady is currently a director of Astronics Corporation, and is also a director of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and serves on the University at Buffalo Council. He previously served as a director for both National Fuel Gas Company, where he also held the role of lead independent director, and Seneca Foods Corporation. He has served on the M&T Bank Corporation Board of Directors since 1994.
