MSX International Growth Spurs Move Of North American Operations Center To Southfield
DETROIT, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MSX International (MSXI), a leading global business process outsourcing company, is relocating its North American operations center from Warren, Michigan, to Travelers Towers in Southfield, Michigan. The new location is 30 percent larger, supporting company growth and allowing it to better serve and expand its client portfolio. MSXI expects to complete the move during the third quarter.
The North American operations center, which has been in Warren, Michigan, for 15 years, is the core office for MSXI's two primary business units: Retail Network Solutions (RNS) and Human Capital Solutions (HCS). RNS partners with automakers to enhance the retail customer lifecycle, while HCS improves talent acquisition and management for global companies. The new 39,000-square-foot space will serve 325 of MSXI's approximately 1,000 North America-based employees.
"For the second time in the last 18 months, MSXI is announcing a move to a new and larger facility to support the growth of our company. We are excited to move the North American operations center to the Travelers Towers in Southfield," said Fred Minturn, president and CEO, MSXI. "Our vision is to be partner of choice to all of our stakeholders globally. This move follows that vision as we can better serve the needs of our customers and employees."
The company will continue to operate its global headquarters, which it relocated in 2013, in the Ally Detroit Center (formerly One Detroit Center), as well as its other North American offices in Dearborn, Madison Heights and Flint, Michigan; Denver; and Southern California. MSXI also has recently expanded its global presence with new locations in China, India, Hungary, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic and Thailand.
"We are excited that MSX International will soon be relocating one of their offices to the Travelers Towers in the Southfield City Centre," commented Mayor Donald Fracassi. "Their commitment to Southfield clearly illustrates that we are open for business and continue to be one of southeast Michigan's leading business centers."
