Trimble to Lead Growth and Integration of New MS&LGroup Network Agencies
NEW YORK, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- MS&L has promoted Karlenne Trimble to Chief Growth Officer for North America. In this newly created position Trimble will be responsible for driving development, integration, collaboration and execution of all North American growth strategies, along with the coordination of global new business growth initiatives and teams.
The newly formed North America Growth Office will function as "The Growth Factory" comprised of four subgroups: insight creation, communications, marketing and business development. Insight creation will focus on analytics, consumer trends and market research. Communications will focus on increasing our visibility and enhancing our reputation with external and internal audiences. Marketing's key area of responsibility is driving brand engagement with clients and prospects. Business development will be responsible for client migration and driving larger scale Americas and global pitches.
"The newly created MS&LGroup provides both global scale and specialized agencies to meet the needs of clients and the marketplace," said President of the Americas, Jim Tsokanos. "With more than 25-years of experience in PR, internal communications, marketing, advertising and digital, Karlenne will be able to integrate and bring to life the full resources and potential of the MS&LGroup."
Trimble previously served as Deputy Managing Director for MS&L Atlanta and Global Practice Leader for Employee Communications. She has more than 25 years of experience in advertising, marketing and public relations and has led the development of workplace communications and corporate branding initiatives for blue chip clients. Her award winning internal marketing firm Deeley Trimble & Company was acquired by MS&L in 2000.
Coming on the heels of the launch of the new MS&LGroup, the North America Growth Office will produce and provide tools, from marketing to thought leadership, from analytics to communications to assist practices throughout the North American region to win new business, build reputations and engage stakeholders.
Of her new role Trimble said, "Overseeing the Growth Office is a once in a lifetime opportunity to combine MS&L's greatest assets under one discipline. I am very confident the Growth Office will not only be a vital component for our immediate success, but will one day become an industry-wide model."
