BOSTON, Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, MSL announced four executives from MSL Boston were elevated to national leadership roles on the newly formed MSL 1 Team. Danielle Wuschke becomes U.S. Chief Operations Officer, Jim Weinrebe becomes the U.S. Health Sector Lead, Mercedes Carrasco becomes the U.S. Technology Sector Lead and Kim McCrossen becomes the U.S. Media Lead.
The new MSL 1 Team business model merges six U.S. offices to a single P&L and transitions the agency to a Practice & Sector orientation designed to drive growth and offer increased opportunity for talent.
Since taking the helm as Managing Director of MSL Boston and EVP of Global Practices and Sectors in 2016, Wuschke has focused on bringing the best resources to all client engagements while aligning the operation to transform and evolve the agency. Weinrebe, Carrasco and McCrossen also join MSL 1 Team leadership, heading the U.S. Health, Tech Sectors and U.S. Media Team following strong performances in client and talent engagement, deep sector expertise and business development.

Danielle Wuschke, U.S. Chief Operating Officer
Wuschke steps into the role of COO after serving as Managing Director of MSL Boston since February 2016 and U.S. Operations Lead. In her new role, Wuschke is responsible for growth, client engagement and organizational strategy across the agency, while leading U.S. practices, sectors and centers of excellence. Wuschke is one of six members of the U.S. Executive Team and reports to Guirguis.
She will also maintain her role on MSL's global board as EVP of Global Practices and Sectors.

Jim Weinrebe, U.S. Health Sector Lead
Jim Weinrebe, previously Executive Vice President, Health Practice Lead for MSL Boston, helped build a portfolio of biopharmaceutical and med-tech clients of all sizes and stages of development in areas such as oncology, infectious disease, CNS disorders and regenerative medicine. In his new role, Weinrebe will help cultivate broader growth and development for MSL's U.S. health sector portfolio, expand its pool of subject matter experts and deepen collaboration across MSL and Publicis Healthcare. Weinrebe is one of eight national practice and sector leads and will report to Wuschke.

Mercedes Carrasco, U.S. Technology Sector Lead
Carrasco, Senior Vice President, Tech Sector Lead for MSL Boston, has led the charge in Boston with a robust portfolio of technology clients from industry leaders including Oracle, IBM, Fiserv and KORE, to innovators including Evolve IP, Coravin, AXS and QuirkLogic. MSL specializes in areas including IT services, fintech, cloud computing and consumer tech. In her new role, Carrasco will be responsible for client satisfaction and growth, technology talent development and thought leadership across the technology portfolio in the U.S. Carrasco is one of eight national practice and sector leads and will report to Wuschke.

Kim McCrossen, U.S. Media Lead
McCrossen, Senior Vice President, Media Services for MSL Boston, has been responsible for all media services operations in Boston, supporting both our growing technology and health practices. In her new role, McCrossen will be responsible for mobilizing media resources across the U.S. network to better service and provide award-winning support across all practices and sectors in the U.S. while continuing to support new business efforts. McCrossen is one of two Center of Excellence leads and will report to Wuschke.
