MELVILLE, N.Y., June 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MSC INDUSTRIAL DIRECT CO., INC. (NYSE: MSM), "MSC" or the "Company," the premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations ("MRO") supplies to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.33 per share. The $0.33 dividend is payable on July 22, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2014.
