Since MS is a highly individualized and expensive disease to manage, the MS community must consider numerous factors when looking at insurance options. The New Insurance Marketplace and MS webinar will address critical issues such as access to medication and step-therapy determinations that will affect individuals with MS as they prepare to select their insurance through the Marketplace. As an additional resource, MSAA recently published a new brochure titled, The Affordable Care Act and Multiple Sclerosis. This brochure is now available on MSAA's website along with an archived version of a recent webinar on Medicare insurance and the ACA.
