About FRANCES YOUNG
Ms. Frances Young has over 30 years experience in the healthcare arena. She received her M.S. in Anesthesia from Stephens College of Columbia, Missouri in 1981. Ms. Young currently serves as a Senior Anesthetist with the Fairchild Medical Center. She is responsible for administering anesthesia for all surgeries except those regarding the brain and heart. Ms. Young specializes in providing nerve blocks to alleviate localized pain. She belongs to the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Ms. Young has published two books, "Child of Far Away" and "The Karadan Encounter." In her spare time, she enjoys photography, whitewater rafting and writing science fiction for both children and adults.
