The new robust application delivers world-class instruction in chocolate making techniques in stunning high definition video through the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

Available for free at the iPhone App Store, the MrChocolate application includes a taster pack featuring an animated History of Chocolate Video and Jacques' private tour of his New York flagship factory Jacques Torres Chocolate.  

Additional content is available to purchase on-demand from within the app for $3.99.  The Winter 2011 Edition includes 11 different exclusive recipes and techniques.  Each recipe and technique includes an overview, a video, and step-by-step instructions with accompanying photographs.
