BOSTON and CLEVELAND, Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- MPE Partners ("MPE"), a Cleveland- and Boston-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of Matthew Yohe and Graham Schena to Partners, Charlie Rossetti to Principal, and Evan Fisher to Senior Associate. In addition, the firm is pleased to announce that Michael Duffy has rejoined the firm as a Vice President following his graduation from business school. These promotions and team additions augment MPE's existing leadership team of Karen Tuleta, Peter Taft, and Joe Machado.

Matt Yohe has been with MPE Partners since its inception. He currently serves as a Director of Plastic Components Inc., Trachte, and Bettcher Industries. Prior to MPE, Matt was with Morgenthaler, a venture capital and private equity firm, which he joined in 2007 as an Associate. He was actively involved in several realized portfolio company investments with Morgenthaler including Avtron, Phillips & Temro, and Satellite Logistics Group. Prior to that, Matt was an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co. Matt holds a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. MPE and Morgenthaler are separate and distinct entities and MPE is not an affiliate of Morgenthaler.
Graham Schena joined MPE Partners as a Principal in 2016. Graham currently serves as a Director of Dreamline and previously served on the board of Polytek Development Corp. Prior to joining MPE, Graham was a Vice President at Windjammer Capital. Prior to that, Graham was a Principal at Sentinel Capital Partners and a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital; both private equity firms focused on entrepreneurial lower middle market companies. Graham began his career at Bowles Hollowell Connor & Co., a middle market investment bank. Graham holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan.
Charlie Rossetti has been with MPE Partners since its inception. Charlie currently serves as a Director of United Pipe & Steel and B&E Group, and also worked with Voeller Solutions. Prior to MPE, Charlie was a Senior Associate with Incline Equity Partners and an Associate at Morgenthaler. Charlie joined Morgenthaler in 2009 and was actively involved in several realized portfolio company investments, including Ryan Herco Flow Solutions and Satellite Logistics Group. Charlie started his career as an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Michael Duffy rejoined MPE Partners in 2018 following his graduation from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, where he completed his M.B.A. He currently serves as a Director of dlhBOWLES. Michael was previously an Associate with MPE from 2014-2016. Prior to joining MPE, Michael was an Associate at Capstone Partners (now Capstone Headwaters), a middle market investment bank focused on mergers & acquisitions. He also spent time with Fidelity Investments. Michael has completed all three levels of the CFA examination and holds a B.S. in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Evan Fisher joined MPE Partners as an Associate in 2016. Evan works closely with several MPE portfolio companies including dlhBOWLES, Bettcher Industries, and Polytek Development Corp. Prior to joining MPE, Evan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities. Evan holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
