Motor World selects MAM Autopart

BARNSLEY, England, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MAM Software Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MAMS) and its subsidiary, MAM Software Ltd., has announced that Motor World, the UK's largest independent car parts and accessories retailer, has selected MAM Autopart to manage its 100 store operation. The company has begun deploying the business management solution across its shops, in what will be one of MAM Software's fastest ever rollouts.

Motor World has over 100 stores and depots across the UK. The company is owned by Tetrosyl Group which owns the popular CarPlan, Carlube, Wonder Wheels and T-Cut car care and lubricant brands.

With the company looking to improve efficiency and increase visibility into its operations, Motor World needed a solution capable of managing sales, purchasing and stock control processes across the business. After researching a number of system vendors, Motor World selected MAM Autopart for its industry specificity, user-friendly graphical user interface and full integration of every function, especially point-of-sale, ledgers and reporting.

To encourage better stock efficiency, Motor World is also implementing MAM's Autonet B2B e-commerce solution.
