MT. PLEASANT, S.C., Dec. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement is being issued by Motley Rice LLC regarding the class action In re Investment Technology Group, Inc. Securities Litigation, No. 15 Civ. 6369 (JFK) (S.D.N.Y.)
TO: ALL PERSONS AND ENTITIES WHO PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED ANY INVESTMENT TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC. ("ITG" OR THE "COMPANY") COMMON STOCK FROM FEBRUARY 28, 2011, THROUGH AND INCLUDING AUGUST 3, 2015 (THE "CLASS PERIOD"), AND WHO WERE DAMAGED THEREBY (THE "CLASS")

A hearing will be held on February 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., before the Honorable John F. Keenan at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, Courtroom 20C, New York, NY 10007 for the purpose of determining: (1) whether the proposed Settlement should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable, and adequate; (2) whether the Final Judgment Approving Class Action Settlement should be entered by the Court dismissing the Action with prejudice, and the releases specified and described in the Amended Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement dated October 26, 2018, should be granted; (3) whether the proposed Plan of Allocation is fair, reasonable, and adequate and should be approved; and (4) whether the application of Lead Counsel for an award of attorneys' fees and litigation expenses in connection with this Action should be approved. The Court has reserved the right to reschedule the hearing without further notice.
