South Shore and Cape Cod mosquito control outfit contributes to fundraising event

HANOVER, Mass., Dec. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Mosquito Shield of South Shore and Cape Cod took part in a recent event to benefit the Cancer Support Community's Festival of Wreaths fundraiser. The event was held Dec. 6 at the prestigious Black Rock Country Club in Hingham, MA.

The CSC provides support services free of charge to people impacted by cancer, including programs that offer emotional support, education and hope that is aimed at enhancing their health and well-being.

Mosquito Shield donated a full-season's mosquito control program for the fundraiser's Silent Auction.

In the fall of 2013, the Rowes partnered with the Hanover Youth Athletic Association to treat area fields in preparation for the fall sports season. The program was designed to reduce the risk of exposure to mosquito-borne illnesses with the company's innovative mosquito control solution.
