Mosaic451 Names Ray Ramella to Oversee Corporate Operations
PHOENIX, Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mosaic451, a bespoke cybersecurity services provider and consultancy, is pleased to announce it has appointed United States Marine Corps. Chief Prosecutor Veteran Ray Ramella as General Manager. Ray Ramella will be leading the company's efforts in non-engineering operations including Legal, Finance, and Human Resources. In addition to managing Mosaic451's internal operations, Ray will play a pivotal role guiding our clients through the ever evolving complexity of Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Ramella is a Marine Corps. Veteran with over 24 years of law experience. In addition to his degree from Creighton University School of Law, Ramella holds a BS in Business Administration. He served as a Civil Law Officer and later as a Chief Prosecutor for the United States Marine Corps. During and after his time practicing law in the Marine Corps, Ramella practiced in private law firms. Following his roles in the private sector, he moved on to the Office of the Arizona Attorney as the Chief Counsel of the Civil and Criminal Litigation and Advice Section, Child and Family Protection Division, which provides legal services to all programs and business operations of the Arizona Department of Economic Security ("DES"). Ramella's family has been in Arizona for three generations and he is deeply involved with legal and pro bono work that impacts US Veterans. Before joining Mosaic451, he operated his own firm, specializing in commercial and general civil litigation, business law, administrative law, employment, environmental and real estate.
