PLYMOUTH, Minn., July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) today announced that Kimberly Bors has been named Senior Vice President–Human Resources. Bors succeeds Corrine Ricard who was recently named Senior Vice President–Commercial for Mosaic. Bors will lead Mosaic's global HR function, and she will join the company's Senior Leadership Team.
Bors has more than 30 years of global business experience across multiple industries in both senior human resources and general management roles. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Administration (CHRO), Bors was chief human resources officer for Schneider, North America at Schneider Electric.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Bors held positions at Johnson Controls, IDEX Corporation, Brunswick Corporation, Outboard Marine, Browning-Ferris and Pennzoil. Bors holds a bachelor in business administration degree in organizational behavior and management, and a master of business administration in finance and management from the University of Houston. She also completed the Women's Director Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management.
