PLYMOUTH, Minn., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --The Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) announced today that its President and Chief Executive Officer, James T. Prokopanko, has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy.

"I'm planning to work a regular schedule and perform my duties as CEO, but will be limiting travel over the coming months while I attend to this condition.
