Mosaic Announces Earnings Release and Conference Call for Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2012

PLYMOUTH, Minn., March 15, 2012  /PRNewswire/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) plans to issue its third quarter fiscal year 2012 earnings results and financial tables on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Results will be available on Mosaic's website at www.mosaicco.com/investors. 

The Company will host a conference call with presentation slides on Thursday, March 29, 2012, to discuss the results. The call will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time) and will last no longer than 60 minutes.
