Mortgage Professional David Talbott Joins Landmark Mortgage Group

LIVERMORE, Calif., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- East Bay mortgage banker, Landmark Mortgage Group, a division of Opes Advisors, announced mortgage advisor David Talbott has joined the company. A seasoned mortgage veteran of eight years, David will split time between Landmark's downtown Livermore location and the recently opened Brentwood branch. He will also handle the in-house lending needs for Intero's Brentwood and Discovery Bay offices.

David previously served for two years as the in-house lending specialist for multiple Windermere Real Estate offices in coastal San Diego County. During this time he transformed his business skills from refinance-heavy production to purchase financing and became an expert at it.

As a student of The Core Training program since 2003, David has been coached by elite mortgage originators on how to maintain a high level of production and to have skillful communication with Realtor alliances. Current Landmark mortgage advisor Todd Utikal was David's mentor early in his career, and has taught him the financing fundamentals necessary for long-term success. The two regularly meet to share ideas on how to better serve their clients and Realtor partners.
