Mortgage Contracting Services Names New Chief Financial Officer

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services is pleased to announce that Paul Lee has been named the company's chief financial officer.

Mr. Lee works in the company's Plano, Texas, headquarters and succeeds Michael Carroll, who is retiring after more than eight years as the company's CFO.

Before joining MCS, Mr. Lee most recently served as vice president and treasurer of Texas-based Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., North America's leading provider of used oil re-refining, parts cleaning and industrial waste management. He previously served as vice president, finance, for Capital Senior Living, one of the largest operators of senior living communities in the United States. Mr. Lee also has worked in various management and financial positions for Chief Auto Parts Inc. and Brice Foods Inc.

As CFO, Mr. Lee will provide oversight for finance, accounting, compliance and internal audits at MCS. He also is responsible for financial and strategic planning, risk management and cost controls.

Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and financial planning from Baylor University in 1988.
