Mortgage Contracting Services' Louisiana Operations Center Hits 50-Employee Mark

PLANO, Texas, April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections and REO property maintenance to the financial services industry, is happy to announce that its new operations center in Ruston, Louisiana, recently hired its 50^th employee.

The 10,300-square-foot facility, which opened for business last August, is MCS' third site, in addition to locations in Plano, Texas, and Tampa, Florida. The center, which handles work order review and quality control functions, is ultimately expected to create 90 jobs, with the capacity to expand to 180 jobs.

Ruston, which is home to Louisiana Tech University, was selected as the site for MCS' new operations center because it provides a wealth of educated talent, as well as a collaborative, cooperative spirit among the local business community, the university, and public officials, according to MCS CEO Caroline Reaves, an alumna of Louisiana Tech.
