Mortgage Contracting Services Forms MCS Solutions, Promotes Chad Mosley as its Chief Operating Officer

PLANO, Texas, April 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, REO property maintenance, valuations, title and settlement services for the financial services industry, announced today that it has formed MCS Solutions to incorporate the company's valuations, title services and steel security product line.

Chad Mosley, previously senior vice president, has been promoted to chief operating officer of MCS Solutions and will assume executive responsibility for MCS Valuations, MCS Title, and Vacant Property Security (VPS).

MCS will continue the company's field services work under the leadership of John Maxwell, chief operating officer.
