Morrison & Foerster Adds Leading Capital Markets Partner to London Office

LONDON, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Morrison & Foerster LLP today announced that Elana Hahn has joined the firm's Capital Markets group as a partner in its London office.  Ms. Hahn is a well-known capital markets and structured finance lawyer.

Ms. Hahn, formerly with Mayer Brown International LLP, represents financial institutions, fund managers and US and UK corporations in pan-European and international financings. She has particular expertise in debt capital markets, fund and structured debt transactions, across a wide range of industries and asset classes. Ms. Hahn's practice includes funds and their financing, insurance-linked securities, as well as auto, credit card and trade receivables financing, whole-business securitisations, and mortgage- and other real estate-based debt capital markets deals. She is currently working closely with clients in navigating the changing UK, European and US regulatory framework to achieve their financing goals.
