Morgan Kendrick Named President of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia

ATLANTA, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare Plan of Georgia, Inc. (BCBSGA), and Greater Georgia Life Company announced today that Morgan Kendrick has been named president, effective October 1. Kendrick replaces Monye Connolly, who announced her resignation earlier this year in order to devote more time to her family and pursue other personal interests.

Kendrick has a longstanding relationship with BCBSGA. He joined BCBSGA in 1995 as Director of Group Sales and has assumed various critical roles within the plans' parent company, currently serving as Vice President of National Accounts Sales – a role he has held for almost four years.
