A client since 2018, the Thermal Ceramics (North America) business of Morgan works with GoPivot to drive safety and wellness initiatives among their heavily industrial employee population. Morgan's expanded relationship with GoPivot will include an employee recognition program.

In March 2019, Morgan and GoPivot launched a Wellness & Rewards program in addition to the GoodCatch program. Then, in March 2020, the partnership expanded to include employee recognition.
