ITL's expedited door-to-door domestic intermodal temperature controlled service departs from/returns to intermodal ramps in Spokane, WA, Portland, OR & Seattle, WA six days per week. ITL's door-to-door transit times are now just 4 to 5 days to/from the Midwest and only 6 to 7 days to/from various destinations on the East Coast, which is nearly as fast as long-haul trucks.
Representatives of Infinity Transportation Logistics (ITL) recently attended the Produce Marketing Association Fresh Summit in Atlanta and met with dozens of fresh produce shippers who were very happy about the continued improvements in ITL's door-to-door transit times in the regions that ITL serves.
In particular, ITL is able to provide expedited eastbound temperature controlled door-to-door domestic intermodal service from Washington State and Oregon to the following destinations or locations: Illinois (Greater Chicago & surrounding areas including western Michigan, southern Wisconsin and northern Indiana); New York (Buffalo area, New York City & its boroughs); Pennsylvania (Chambersburg, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia areas); Maryland (greater Baltimore area); Massachusetts (Boston and Springfield areas); Georgia (greater Atlanta area); and Florida (Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay areas).
Late last month, ITL began providing expedited domestic refrigerated intermodal service from the Washington State/Oregon to Ontario, Canada (i.e...greater Toronto area), and ITL also recently added staff, expanded services and upgraded systems to keep up with growth in business.
ITL utilizes state-of-the-art domestic 53-ft refrigerated containers to move fresh produce (apples, potatoes, pears, onions, carrots, etc.), frozen foods (i.e...frozen French fries, frozen fish, frozen vegetables, frozen juice concentrate, etc.), and other refrigerated products eastbound from Washington State and Oregon to the Midwest and East Coast.
For return westbound service from the above mentioned Midwest and East Coast locations to Washington State and Oregon, ITL is able to haul various refrigerated and temperature controlled products (i.e...frozen pizza, frozen yogurt, frozen seafood, frozen dough, beverages, frozen juice concentrate, etc.) or dry products.
ITL has a service radius of about 160 miles from/to intermodal ramps in Spokane, Portland & Seattle, and can pick up/drop off product in many parts of Washington, Oregon & Idaho including: greater Portland, OR area, Willamette Valley, OR, Hood River, OR, Bend, OR, Columbia Basin of WA & OR, greater Wenatchee, WA area, Yakima Valley, WA, Skagit Valley, WA, Puget Sound, WA area, greater Spokane, WA area and northern Idaho.
