Monica is an insurance professional with over 25 years of experience in the voluntary/worksite industry. She has the proven ability to manage teams that demonstrate accomplishments in creating solutions that meet the needs of the consumer and market trends.
Monica is skilled in product development, broker marketing and risk & account management. Her prior roles include Assistant Vice President with Colonial Life in both Product Development & Marketing and Risk Management/Group Underwriting. She's on the board of National Association of Supplemental Benefit Insurance (NASBI).
Vivian is a design and marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in the agency, non-profit and retail sectors, and is embarking on a new journey into the healthcare industry.
Vivian's prior roles include Design Manager at Pottery Barn where she grew and led the e-commerce creative team in all digital initiatives, Design Manager at Gump's managing catalog, digital and in-store creative and Graphic Designer at Visual Resource designing creative for GAP, Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Levi's to name a few.
