Steele will lead day-to-day operations for the unit, which delivers highly customized staffing solutions to Moravia clients' globally—bringing business- and knowledge-process outsourcing services to complement Moravia's localization and translation offerings for the company's technology clients.

Prior to Moravia, Steele was Vice President of the Media and Entertainment practice at V2 Solutions where he helped develop customized digital content solutions for the company's digital media clients. Before V2, he served as Vice President of Digital Distribution for IGN Entertainment/Fox Interactive Media, where he brought stability to the company's digital distribution operations and achieved double-digit growth for the unit during his tenure.
Prior to IGN, Steele was Worldwide Director of Digital Content Acquisition for Amazon, where he established global publisher, author and agent alliances during the launch of the Kindle e-reader. He has also held executive and business development positions with Microsoft and IBM during nine-year stints at each company.
