Hooters, the "delightfully tacky yet unrefined" American restaurant chain, well-known for its brand of food and fun, featuring a casual beach-theme atmosphere, awarded the contract to Mood Media based on the value of its custom music programming, its outstanding customer service and the level of trust Mood Media instills with its clients.
