LOUIS, Nov. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems and services, today announced that Crnogorski Telekom a.d. has selected Amdocs software and services for a strategic business support systems (BSS) consolidation project across fixed, wireless, Internet and IPTV operations. By replacing multiple third-party systems with Amdocs software, Crnogorski Telekom will be able to gain operational efficiencies with fewer systems to manage and a single view of all customer data, services and interactions, helping to improve customer service while reducing costs.

Amdocs will deliver Amdocs BSS Advance, a fully integrated, pre-packaged solution consisting of multiple products from the Amdocs CES 9 portfolio, including convergent charging for both prepaid and postpaid billing and financials, resource management, customer management and ordering, all leveraging a centralized product catalog. Amdocs will also deliver a partner settlement solution, systems integration and testing services, and a five-year maintenance program.
