Monsanto Executives to Address Investor Conferences in September

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Monsanto Company's (NYSE: MON) Brett Begemann, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, and Kerry Preete, senior vice president of global strategy, will address investors in separate investor conferences in September.

Executives will discuss the company's business performance and operational path as well as other matters related to the business.  Conference details follow.

• UBS Best of Americas 2011: On Thursday, Sept. 8, Begemann will be presenting at the UBS Best of Americas Conference.  Begemann's presentation will begin at 8 a.m. central time (CT).
• Credit Suisse Chemical and Ag Science Conference:  On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Preete will present at the Credit Suisse Chemical and Ag Science Conference. Preete's presentation will begin at 11 a.m. central time (CT).
